  • We want you to enjoy your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
  • Please note: Our policy lasts within 36 hours. If the required timing has been exceeded since purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 36 hours from the delivery date.
  • Items bought from Nigeria should be returned to Afrostage.com within 36 hours after purchase or place a call to our support lines for next  business day claims (NBDC).
  • Items must be unused and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
  • We do not offer price adjustments or rain-checks.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Igbulu, beads, walking stick, and beaded caps are not refundable.
  • Any eligible merchandise for return MUST be in it original, unused condition, and must be received within 36 hours of delivery. Any used merchandise will not be eligible for return.
  • All eligible returns will be made to the same account the payment originated from.

We will gladly change it for you. But we 100% certain, You won’t receive the wrong item.

If your order arrived damage, We will bear the cost. But we do not send out damage items
